Mexican Beef Stew

Mexican Beef Stew

Ingredients:


2 lb beef cut into squares.

1 tablespoon oil.

2 cloves of crushed garlic.

1 onion, diced.

2 tablespoons Old Pueblo Poblano Authentic Hot Sauce

2 carrots, diced.

2 potatoes cut into squares.

1 coriander leaf.

Half cup of white wine.

1 tablespoon vinegar.

1 green chili, diced.

A quarter cup of tomato paste.

Salt and pepper.

Instructions:


In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the meat until golden brown.

Add the onion, green chili, garlic, and sauté for about 5 minutes.

When the onion is caramelized, add the potatoes and carrots, sauté for another 5 minutes, then add the wine, vinegar, Old Pueblo Poblano, tomato paste, coriander, salt and pepper to taste.

Then we cover and let it cook over low heat for about 40 minutes to 1 hour until the meat is so􀅌.

Ready, you can accompany it with white rice, tortillas, or whatever you prefer.

Serve this savory Mexican Beef Stew with your choice of accompaniment for a hearty and flavorful meal.
