We can't live without it in our house. We put it in EVERYTHING because it's so yummy!
Totally different than the red sauces. I've been using the red sauces for many years and love them. But for some they're a bit hot. The jalapeño sauce is mild enough for most people and has that "green" taste that's perfect for eggs. I've loved Poblano sauces for over 60 years.
We love the green jalapeno sauce, it tastes great on everything, especially burgers.
